Not only that but it's 11 year old soccer. It really doesn't matter. Many kids won't even be playing in a few years, and many of these younger players will be replaced with others who are stronger and are developed elsewhere. That's how it works. Is your kid is developing and learning? That's what matters.

Evaluate the player. A team winning at this age could have 1 big fast kid that does all the scoring. Is a player doing age appropriate moves? The United Soccer Coaches site has a great age appropriate skills matrix to use.
