Seacoast U14 USSDA team ranked 22nd in U.S.

The Top Drawer Soccer team rankings have come out and Seacoast's U14 team was ranked 22nd overall in the nation. Well done boys. No Revs teams appeared anywhere on the lists.

That would be the same team that in just four games lost to the Bolts 5-1, beat a lousy FCW team and barely beat NYCFC twice right? lmao. Take a look at how the older teams have done so far against the same clubs - U19s 0-4, u17s 1-3. That's what you're in for if you stay there.

No hate against Seacoast from me but... I does lead to the question about how these "rankings" come about, right?

Oh Dad.... Stop, please... before you embarrass yourself further. Either that, or this is a troll trying to get the hate going for Seacoast. Either way, stop.

I feel bad for any kid that has a parent or coach that would write such a post. Hey, you want to see where you're headed take a look at the older Academy teams at Seacoast.

Seacoast U14s are one of only two teams in their division to have played 4 games, many have only played 2 so far, so that's probably not taken into account in these rankings. Yes, Bolts beat Seacoast 5-1, but Bolts also lost to NYCFC, who Seacoast has now beaten twice.

Bottom line is that these rankings are meaningless at this point in the season. Hope Seacoast continues to play well going forward and good luck to our other local DA teams this season. We should all be rooting for our MA/NH DA teams to do well against some tough competition to the south, so that the region will gain more recognition for developing talent and more resources (both monetary investment and better coaching talent) will come our way.

The new director at Seacoast got his butt kicked by the old director from Seacoast last weekend. Seacoast can invest a boatload of money in a new facility but they can't invest a few hours of Labor to make sure the fences surrounding the academy field go all the way to the bottom so the game isn't interrupted 10 to 20 times and other parents deservedly laugh at us as players climb under the fence to retrieve balls.

You do realize that the old director was at the helm as this group of players developed through the system, right? So in essence, a team that he recently took over crushed a team that he spent years developing....

The rankings aren't accurate yet and won't be until after the showcase. Seacoast 14s play downright awful soccer.

Even funnier is the coaches name, that guy has not worked for the club for six years. Shows how updated this is. Son of JP at GPSNH.
