Same with all the NPL teams locally. Way too many points awarded for mediocre performance.

Not Northeast NPL, The points they were awarded were very small. I think Stars NPL got 72 points for 2nd place in the Fall.

Then the NYCSL - NPL gave way too many points for a FALL season

NEFC got 4288 for coming in 1/16
MPS got 7404 for coming in 2/16
AZTEC got 3436 for coming in 7/16

It looks to me like their 2nd team, ranked at #13. They do have 6 teams in this though. Unless there's more upsets, the top GPS team will be the only one to make round robbin.

Points are awarded based on a formula which takes into consideration how many points you already have…so it is not an error and the points awarded are correct

Thank you. That is the most screwed up rating system I have ever heard of. It is basically rewarding teams for past results. It is a joke.

We now it wasn/t there top team. That's a good team. there is GPS Lady Knights ranked # 25 on Got soccer and the GPS Renegades Elite ranked 27. Both not strong teams.

They better win. They created a phoney league in nep just so they were eligible. At least stars has the conviction to stay true to their convictions.
