Oakwood started out up 2-0 and then played about 20 kids including 2001's while DC tried to win a scrimmage that was completely a training session for Oakwood.
Funny thing is that DC wasn't there. And of course that is how Oakwood would spin it!

I think that is probably WHY they leave MA. I would think all teams would be looking to play better and better competition.

You keep posting these type of remarks. Who else on the u14 and u16 teams are there because of connections?

Again 4+? This is worthy of discussion. Who are all these well connected players?

Agree. respectable. If the new NPL league does start up next season this is the end of Region 1. All of these teams except for the Blazers would no longer play Region 1.

I thought NPL was for the girls side only? No? Where can one find info about this new league?

Do you realize you folks that ECNL/DAP is the pinnacle of American soccer for elite youth players with aspirations to play in college and beyond? Players at that level will play Division 1 soccer in highly touted NCAA programs. I can rattle hundreds of names off but not worth the trouble. The USYS alternate leagues ( like national) are for 2nd and 3rd tier players. Very common knowledge you novices!!!
Please don't bore us with your tracking of national league scores and standings of second rate soccer at a pay to play event in Nevada. Text each other will you.
Sorry but I just happened to read about this pro Dap guy and he has already drank the kool aid and that is unfortunate but Beachside from Conn. just blew this dap guy out of the water. They were a premier team in Reg 1 last year and for all the years before that and had moderate success. They put a DAP label on this year and have very competitive teams with their regional division right now. In fact their U16 team leads their rival in Conn. and both Mass. teams. How does this pro DAP guy square that away? Former premier kids now playing and beating established DAP teams? Impossible? Of course not. What's obvious and very possible is that their are multiple other DAP quality players on the Stars, GPS, W.United, Scorps, etc that choose not to play DAP. That is simply the fact whether the kool aid drinker wants to believe or not.

True, not everyone wants to play DAP.

Crickets from the oblivious Dap supporters. BS's entrance into the Dap was a big eye opener for previous Dap parents who think their kids are the best of the best. A few are, most aren't.
