Agreed. Both are FYSA sanctioned leagues allowing entry into state cup. For teams primarily playing ecnl or npl, they need a league like this to fulfill that requirement. Think of it paid scrimmages for these teams
what team is playing in the USA league for this purpose! that is laughable.
