needed

so many people have a license from way back when that don't apply it or the information is dated. need to rope them all into a session and see who can really run a progression based session to educate the players. many simply are not putting forth the effort.

The A license has to be renewed every 3 years otherwise you lose it. All other licenses this does not apply
