I agree. Play Soccer.
Think of it this way...everything being equal about the two teams, in fitness, in soccer ability,...you name it. Team 1 plays a tough match in the morning...Team 2 does not have a morning game. Team 1 and team 2 play midafternoon. Which team will be the most recovered team, Team 2 because they have not played a morning game, they played the night before, which gives them more time for their muscles to recover. So now you have these two teams playing each other. Team 1 muscles are more fatigued then Team 2. So players on Team 2 should play better than those of Team 1. Who will get to a 50/50 ball more often??? Team 2 because they are less fatigued. So now a college coach sees that and says that a player on Team 1 is too slow. But in really is just more fatigued than the player on Team 2 because the Team 1 player had less time to recover.
So maybe TBU (Simms, or other clubs/tournaments that do this) should be sued because they are hindering my kid’s ability to get a fair look in front of college scouts.
