Maybe the "guarantee" part? I don't see why that is a big deal, unless there are players who don't belong playing or something. Boca is a solid club

Solid business maybe, but not for soccer. They haven't sent players to a decent college in years. Program is stuck in the 90s.

What's really sad is the person who started this thread left out this paragraph........

Because of what will be a LIMITED 2020 Tryout, we will be offering every current Team Boca player the guarantee to be SELECTED and return to Team Boca as a player for the 2020 season PROVIDING THEY REGISTER ONLINE by*May 21st, 2020. All current players will be evaluated and placed to our upcoming 2020 teams based on their performance during the 2019 season, in combination with our LIMITED 2020 Tryouts. We request that all players attend Tryouts. However, if a player is in a household which includes a family member with a “high risk” underlying condition and elects not to participate in Tryouts, that player will be solely evaluated based on their past performance, provided they are registered online by*May 21, 2020. Furthermore, as in past years, any player who only elects to register and try-out solely for one specific team (White, Navy, Red, etc.) and does not wish to accept a spot on any other team, such notice must be given by email to our Club Director at Bill@teamboca.com, prior to tryouts. Providing such notice is received, that player will receive a full refund of all fees paid and the player’s registration will be canceled if they are not selected to the noted specific team.*Players can still register online after May 21st (for a limited time t/b/d) but will no longer be granted a guaranteed position.

LMAO. Love your use of the word "elite." You must be the same d-bag that took pictures with his wife of the state cup trophy. Throttle back a little bit Dad.

Team Boca offer beautiful fields, great location, good talent pool, but very poor leadership. Total lack of a DOC and Tech Director. These little training groups like SFFA, Colo colo, Schultz, Boca Jrs, Goal to Goal and others, offer better options than Team Boca, which is sad since all those groups are pretty average. Many of the young players within SABR (which is a great rec league) leave to go to these small training companies that have a main objective of making money first, and player development second. Team Boca offers very few reasons little to stay.

Crap program still living in 1999

No real leadership with Bill never around and Rocky who is completely clueless. Mario is a yes man and he's been shopping himself around to get back in the college game. Youth program U9-U12 is in complete shambles with a recreational coach overseeing their development.

There is for sure 04s coming back from Weston. We left when TB lost DA but it was just a season of constantly losing at Weston, game after game we lost and eventually the coach lost interest on us. Also, what’s left in Weston is GA which is no DA and the events will be GA specific. We get better exposure in FYSA. I don’t need to drive that far to keep losing It will be that bad!!!
