It's not the coach that is going to have us leave, it's the lack of caring on the part of the administration, somethings need fixed here, but it seems like it's getting worse.
You get what you pay for, if your at a club like TBU WEST due to the lower cost, then you should have expected to have received poor training. TBU WEST is one of the lower paying clubs in the area in regards to the amount they pay their coaches, most of these guys and gals work for basically free, that's why the quality of training at TBU WEST is so weak. It should surprise no one that TBU WEST is struggling on the field this year, the vast majority of coaches for club teams at TBU WEST this year, are either 1st year coaches or parents pretending to be a skilled coach.

The TBU WEST long ball and hope for a break and score has worked out for some random wins, but eventually good players need to develop and get better at position and team plays. That's something TBU WEST does not coach and don't understand. Failed model in this day and soccer age. If you care about your kids find a club and get out of TBU WEST.
Kabeesh??

Our team got beat 0/3 also, coach did not do anything in the practices to address the same issues that keep repeating and causing us to loose in the same manner over and over again.
We are frustrated and want out sooner than later also.

Ohh the broken promises of change!
Ohh the raising of fees for the same horrible coaching!
Ohh the canceled practices after every shower of rain!
Ohh the garbage all over the place!
Ohh the terrible coaching!
Ohh the travel to Tampa for our home games!
Ohh the volunteer events they beg for!
Why are you still there?

Your joking right? This team which our DOC coaches plays in the 2nd division of CDL. Then in OUR own Halloween tournament he puts us in the LAST BRACKET of the group, the 3rd division. The only time we played out of the 3rd bracket we lost 2 of 3 games. It's all smoke and mirrors watch we we go 3 and out at Region C

this is whats wrong with youth soccer, TBU WEST obviously put an unqualified person in charge of this team, simply to get parents to commit funds to the club. TBU WEST should do the right thing in this situation, give the parents back money to make it cost the same as rec soccer at TBU WEST, because this team is clearly nothing more than a rec team that TBU WEST deemed competitive in order to make money.
