They have plenty of money . They will be fine. Next.

They would be the only club in the state that isn’t struggling with their budget. No club has plenty of money. To completely ignore it is ignorant.

Please leave. Best thing Prime could do is let him walk. Same exact practices since he’s been introduced to the club. One lesson plan. One aspect of the game in practice and then abandon that one aspect in games. Kick and chase after 5 min of play.

Harris has done the same practice for 2 straight years, he does know parents speak right? no one will complain because it is ECNL. A recreational coach pretending to be a good coach. JH is the best in his own mind. We lasted 2 practices and realized he is clueless. No one at Weston wants him, Prime can keep him.

Doesn’t matter if it’s ECNL. If this is true that he’s that bad of a coach and the parents don’t get rid of him, shame on you. When your kids don’t get the coaching they deserve or why you pay for, them you will be stranded looking for the next level of play and more importantly the next level of education. Is he preparing your kid for that next level? Ask yourself. Are his trainings above the rest? Ask yourself. Only you who see him on a daily basis know these answers. You really want to waste 4-5 years with a coach that’s not making a team or your kid better?

During covid he made parents pay him to train him and we paid it to have a spot on the team.

I was charged $30 over summer to train at Heritage. Trust me I wasn’t the only one pressured and charged. He told us it was because the club wasn’t paying him

2021, Let us know what lesson plan he adds for training outside the “one” he has. Yeah, your girls are definitely becoming better players with him. Stick with him for 4-5 more years.
