What the f*** happened to soccer being about having fun while building character?

Well, it turned into a money machine for swindlers that like the big $, has-been semi soccer player that is determined to create an environment for their child to succeed in soccer (have $, just need team and club; make it sound professional for self fulfillment!) Or for those that bought the ticket that give nothing but 100% to soccer, and all of your dreams will come true, and those kids can work and work, night and day, but, its a stall tactic with no soccer scholarships.

On a positive note, there a few players that rise above, and do succeed to higher level of soccer and academics. The problem is that Florida is not promoting National League Players (although a few still find the way {parents}), Florida is promoting a business for profit, and every parent wants to hear that their child has potential and can be developed into something great from quote, "Travel Soccer!" = profit for some, and a loss for you!!
