The Wellington DOC and some of the coaches should try to learn something from their peers,.... ask them about your new curriculum.

that team is really good!

Without RP, that team would be nothing. FV might be a decent coach, but RP's training is why those kids are so good. Recruiting kids to surround FV's kids is also key.

RP is great so is FV they complement each other very well I see them regularly and those kids train hard

Can we now put the final nail in WSC's coffin. They only had 1 team this weekend at Disnesy. Their U15 team was the worst team in the lowest division. Cogi was going to be the next great thing. They took your money with no results. How many good players have left the club due to the DOC's ego. Just look at this year's u16 team. That's right, there was no team in that age group. They all left. Wonder how many players from this year's U15 will leave for FCF or Boca.

Agree but the how can this ship be corrected DOC well maybe the only answer. The bigger question is why the big drop off the talent has all but gone pure rec club bunch of friends but with this type of friend who needs enemy's they are not moving forward this is a complete disaster .....

This untrustworthy DOC is taking this club downhill. The snow ball will get bigger and bigger; many players and their parents from different teams have said they'd leave Wellington before or by the end of the season. A handful of players from the U16 girls team he 'coaches' (yells at) will leave. He turned the club in disarray!

what a shame

I moved away from PBC a few years ago, my kids played at Wellington. It was a pretty good club at the time. What a shame to see what it has become.

Having a complete age group leave a club speaks volume about a club and its leadership. This years U15 will do the same. Let see how many players will start attending other club's practices. Karma will bite this team in the ass.

I dont think it is as bad as some folks try to make it sound. We have been with them for a few years and dont see most of what they talk about on here. Sour grapes maybe.
