They've started coaching possession soccer beginning in the younger age groups.

Hopefully this didn't replace the MMA training. I love watching how we can beat teams up and scare them enough to get a win after half the team is nursing injuries.

Bubb definitely needs a raise to get over 200K. Maybe one day his ECNL program will get to .500 win/loss record but, in the meantime, maybe they can claim (falsely?) to the biggest youth soccer club ever. Time to hit up grandma and grandpa for those donations. You can do it kids!

Do the Soccerthon donations fund the travel expenses for all the outside club players they used at the ECNL tournament?

Exactly. They claim "scholarships" but we all know the money is not going to the needy but rather the best players scattered all over who are recruited to FESA and their parents don't want to pay. Not to mention, if Bubb was not sucking so much cash out of the club for his own profit, surely there would be more for the truly needy. Just another example of the huge lack of financial transparency at FESA. Don't ask and don't tell about the details just keep pouring money at them.

A little transparency would solve much.

The biggest new trend in American consumerism is Low Trust. FESA needs to find a way for its community customers to have trust. Transparency is one way. Communicate where the $ is going. Keep promises like using your own players in Palm Coast or Talley and not bringing in last minute ringers from Washington or other Ecnl clubs.

                              Consolidate the nonsense
Post 138 from FESA ecnl thread

He is exposed but FESA parents are pretty clueless and scared for what might happen to their kid of they protest anything FESA and most don't want to drive across town to another club. The intimidation, retribution, and politics is as thick there as any youth soccer club.

For now, the Board at FESA appears to be stacked with some of his buddies who are more focused on acquiring clubs to get more money and "claim" they are the BIGGEST. If Bubb was ever held accountable for the nonsense that they pulled at ECNL nationals last year or the fact that his overall ECNL teams have losing record after claiming they are the best and biggest, he should be skating on thin ice. We shall see.

Prime post to exemplify trust issues at FESA.
