It's a clique. They know how to get people out there as opposed to everyone else that only cried and whined on TS. These people as clueless as they are; knew how to get themselves on the board.

DOC doesn't do crap for the younger teams. Never saw him once at the younger teams practice. Only at games if his team was playing next or at the same park. DOC's usually don't have any influence on your team. Parents make the best out of it. Make friends with the other parents (make it cocktail time at the park) and talk directly to the coach about ideas or whatever else. Don't come on here and talk crap.

Besides that get a life, no one at the park is getting paid to play. If your kid is still at Pines, Weston, Boca, or wherever else from 16 years old to 20 years old, it probably means he/she isn't good enough to go further. If they haven't been scouted then its probably your fault for not exposing them at all the ID camps, showcases, etc. Or they are just not good enough to be scouted. My kid included.
