Late stage development at the Bolts or in the ISL or wherever. If the boys show pro potential, they bypass the MLS draft and go straight to them or their rights are traded for compensation. The full 1 year at the Revs Academy makes them homegrowns even if they go off to the NCAA, has no bearing on things.
