The silence is deafening - so did the game not go off as scheduled? April 1st and the top U15 Boys team from the region, packed with a "core" that will be varsity players this fall has yet to play an actual match??

Clearly not a Galway dad but someone trying to stir the pot I guess Maple follows the MBTA mantra and cancelled everything last weekend. Sad, but it may have saved this team a whoop in'. I imagine the parents pressured the coach to cancel because it's still too cold out for the prima donnas

There are kids leaving the team already. We'll have a hard time fielding a full squad. With vacation next week we may need to forfeit.

This weekend's game is listed as postponed, the pre-Easter game with Valeo apparemtly didn't happen - how is it possible to get to mid-April and not have had a single game played? Even the "soccer is second Galway parents must be upset by this. Why would this weekend's game be postponed????

my son's game was "postponed" as well, supposedly due to field conditions ?....must be in a cow pasture or something....ridiculous

But Galway has a turf field at their facility so field conditions shouldn't be a problem. Maybe they rented it out to a lacrosse organization instead or let one of the teams they care about use it over the 15 boys.

Schedule says galway home turf field, this doesn't make sense unless they sold the field time to a desperate lacrosse group and chose to stiff their own teams. If true every negative thing posted. About club mgt. is true

U15 boys are supposed to be the Flag Ship for this club, stacked with.a core of top varsity players. How could they subordinate these stars?
