nobody just switches coaches
Originally posted by Unregistered View PostThe fact is the girls left as you said because of the coach then why not change the coach so the players do not leave. Same with the other 3 or 4 teams they have issues with the coach but no changes have occurred and the parents are taking their kids somewhere else to tryout. Why leave the club when you can talk to the Director and ask for the changes.

The appropriate thing to do is to get a majority of the team that doesn't like Coach then change them out. If it is just a few, talk you are the crazy ones or your kid isn't playing

Sunrise was known for that but lately the younger team has lacked in having technical, tactical, speed and strength, and the most important is having psychological part down packed. Most important of all get coaches who has played professional soccer because they have knowledge of the game, can relate to the players, and can be a great asset to the club. There are many qualified coaches and all you need to do is go find them and bring them to Sunrise to continue to be successful or lose players..

Can you blame them for leaving?
Practice when they have one is from 6pm-7:15pm, yes only 1 hour and 15 minutes, they never really start on time and the field space is ridiculous, 4 teams on half of an 8v8 field.
You boast about the older teams the 3 top teams, two of which came complete with coach. JL and PZ teams. So they never were developed in sunrise.
Sunrise will be fine every city needs a Rec program. You may just have to go back to being a non profit and stop creating multiple corporations on an annual basis. We know you don't like being non profit because you have to be transparent with the books.
You should have merged with Weston when you had the chance earlier in the year.

Pz ?
I hope you are joking about this being PZ's team?
AC started that team at U-9 and the core is still together.
We were happy that JL brought his team over and they have flourished at Sunrise.
The fact that you are making up lies about a team fully formed at Sunrise makes you look like a complete fool.
