US Soccer feels FC Florida has shown that body of work otherwise they wouldn't be able to get US Developmeny Academy on the boys side starting at U12 and are actively seeking DA at all ages on the boys side and same for Girls Development Academy in 2017. I have to say the route that Tom Power and FC Florida are pursuing is rather impressive considering the amount of time FC Florida has been a club.

Yeah right, just like Wellington and Plantation, not to mention 60 or 70 other clubs nationwide. They did not want 12 yr olds traveling so far so it was extended to some weaker clubs. Don't hold your breath on full DA.Comment

FC has merged with PSL and Mako because they lost their fields and had to find more space. They will now be called FC Treasure Coast because the money man John took the FC Florida name with him when he left with his money. Go look at the new website FCFlorida.com not the original .org. Tom is a liar and only cares about carrying rosters of 18+ kids for the $$$$. There is no player development and if you not in the inner circle your kid will not play regardless of what they promise. Karma for being a liar eventually it catches up with you.Comment

I look at FCFlorida.com and it has nothing about being associated with US Soccer. I see a bunch a pictures that has nothing to do about soccer. It's a name war. JT and TP will fight for the logo, but as it looks TP has the name, the majority of the players. JT has 3 boys teams with interest in them bc of his son. TP has the rest of the entire club and every age level of teams behind him. READ the details in the website. FCFlorida.org which is TP's has the US soccer club behind him and the DA. JT is carefully calling it "The FC Florida Foundation" bc FC Florida is not his and he will lose the battle. JT has "The FC Florida Foundation" with 3 older boys team, and a preparatory. It's a logo, name battle and Tom will win. Who cares if the Real FC Florida under TP lost Filipe?? Who has the players?
