Funny, all the club soccer powers that be in this state have decided that instead of recognizing how great we have soccer talent around Boston that 13 year olds need to travel to NC and Seattle to play each other and similar teams. Go USCS! Awesome job spending travel money to play talent that is no better than what we have locally for 7th and 8th graders.

Why would it, better competition than the ECNL hype machine without all that extra travel. It's a no brainer...

Oh my, we are so enjoying our summer WITHOUT traveling/playing in NC. I promise you we are happy to have the summer off and so is our 13yr old. Pickup game on the Cape seems much nicer to me!

"Hype machine" is an interesting take. I'm always amazed at how quiet ECNL and DAP seem to be. Just go about there business and you barely hear about them other than the folks who crack on them constantly.
