DAP=D1??? If you read Perspective and the rest of the D3 loons they keep insisting that all of the DAP players basically end up at D3 schools because none of them get offered scholarships and they all really value educations over soccer.

The only difference is these stooges like to take your money and then laugh about it

You are really not very well informed....

The landscape changes so rapidly in youth soccer that in three years GPS and NPL might be very successful or it could be a total bust.
Not sure you are qualified to discuss this. GPS is in 10 states and the GPS 'national' team has players from New York, Maine, Vt, Ma, NH as well as a few other states. Many players do come from MA and NH as those are two of the bigger player bases. GPS is now the 2nd largest club in America and offers great opportunities for kids to play.

Rush is another big "national" enterprise, Some of their programs are really strong eg. CO. They've been trying to get things going in CT but like here it's a super-saturated market

How many of those "national team" players from outside MA and NH were named to the team based on merit, as opposed to being named to those teams to help promote GPS in areas where it doesn't have much of a market presence? Very few, in my experience.

GPS has made strides in Mass but look at states like New Jersey a state that has been known for it quality soccer players and coaches . They go GPS who???

So this "national" model or title is a self proclaimed one used by GPS.

Was that not the Y League?

That girl. She told me why she said it. She always tries to make everyone feel good about themselves.

Sounds like your son is with a small localized club with daddy coaches who claim to have played pro in their respective countries. Where no one comes to watch and recruit the players. Where the sidelines at game day are only parents and grandparents and no one has heard about your organization. I feel bad for you but you can pull him out and head over to GPS next season. If he's talented that is.
