My daughter committed to a New England D2 back in April.
We are interested in this thread to see where the players that she has been playing against all these years are going.

Lets get this thread back on track instead of being about one player and her choices.

Why don't you take the lead and post your daughter's commitment information here to show everyone how to do it?

Keep working it. Eventually someone might be dumb enough to post their kid's commitment here.

Interesting data. With 59% of these commitments being to schools outside of the top 200 in the college academic rankings, it might be time to revisit the supposed paradigm here on TS that club soccer is a pathway to a top flight education. Certainly with 75% of the commitments being at schools less than a 2 hr ride from here, the travel costs should be.

Think it is pretty safe to say that once you get past the top 50 on the academic rankings that the differences between the schools are pretty narrow. Only 4% of these commitments fall into that prestige school category so you really have to wonder about what these commitments are supposed to be telling us?

Thanks BTDT. You decry the lists and challenge why no one is posting the data as some victory, and then of course when the data are posted you are the one who disparages. So when you warn about lists putting targets on backs you are really warning us about what you will do.

Beatch, beatch, beatch. You wanted lists. You got lists. What this list tell me is it is pretty obvious that all of those spending small fortunes travelling to distant locations in search of "exposure" are wasting their money.

And you've been goading everyone to go ahead and list some commitments even though you claim to object to them so vigorously just so you could pull out your crap that you had laying in wait in a draft folder.
