Secondly most have multiple levels at various ages and if you don't get a run with the top group, and they are truly invested in you as a player, there is a b, c or adult rec team available. Also foreign players are practicing and playing many more hours per week than most US kids. Our system is backwards. Right when other countries are increasing expectations and practice time, we do the opposite.
