Lots of talent in the Boca Raton area, but both of the clubs serving the community are really poor. Team Boca is a mom and pop show that could be so much better and SFFA (Boca United) is just bad and used for personal gain.

I agree, especially BU. That place is EE personal piggy bank. He has never done anything to improve the club. They only scare away the better coaches and lose talent due to lack of interest in youth soccer development.

"Pathway to the pro academies" LMAO. BU has no leadership. Every coach at BU does what they want. All BU knows to do is press. Thats what they do to survive in the DA. Oh, we are about development and don't care about the results of games. Then why do you put so much emphasis on pressing? Oh, its your only way to get decent results. Why all of a sudden the switch to a 3-5-2 in training? EE does not understand modern football. He's from an era that is outdated and he has no interest or knowledge in developing modern footballers.
