2-3 weekends in GA/AL
2 weekends elsewhere in FL
Orlando showcase
Depending on age, 2-3 showcases that require airfare
Nationals
About 5-6k total just for team travel budget
The 14s don't team travel and ruined club travel for the rest of the ecnl families. That means you need to tack on additional hotel, airfare, car for you traveling with your kid.

The buses were a joke. Took longer, and not cost effective. Why not make friends with other families on the team and take turns driving them out of town. We’re you really not planning on attending a single out of town game? As an ECNL parent, I was relieved when that whole bus fiasco ended.

Bus situation
The reason the 14's pulled out of the bus sharing...was because it was an expensive, and wasteful endeavor that was only apparent to those 14 parents that were capable of using a phone and doing simple math.

That drives up costs for everyone else because now you have to drive and stay at the away weekends, fly them to wherever theyre going and taxi them around and you have to have the extra hotel dollars. So yeah because the club is catering to a few helicopter parents on the 14s the rest of the age groups suffer.
