While the bottom half of D4 is admittedly pretty weak and would struggle against some rec teams, the top 2 or 3 are very strong and would probably be competitive in D3, even possibly competing for top spot. Epping, last year's winners, look to be much diminished based on results so far. Sunapee has begun in their usual dominating fashion, Newmaket also has a good start. Those 2 could be in the race during the final days of the season. Any other D4 teams that anyone has seen play...?
Agree that its basically Newmarket and Sunapee's league. No one else stands a chance. Lump Littleton, Woodsville and Wilton in to round out the top 5. But it's D4 so whatever...

Bedford girls look like the team to beat in D1. Londonderry is off to a good start but looks like they struggled with a couple of easier teams the past two games.

Londonderry girls return almost their entire starting team from last years runner up squad. If they don't win it this year it won't be due to a lack of talent. They have the most. Bedfords a nice squad, Exeter is solid and Centrals ok but none compare on paper to Londonderry. Their college commits are very impressive.

OK I'll bite. Very impressive? That is subjective. I will agree on the Wake Forest commit but beyond that I wouldn't say very impressive. Very good players but that sometimes doesn't translate to team success. Let's check back in November.

Talk about a jinx. I bet your kicking yourself in the ass for writing this and then they proceeded to lose to Concord. Karma is a bitch.

                        DI BOYS:
Bedford, Central, Hanover and South are looking like the real deal. Hanover's 0-2 loss to Bedford was not a surprise but Hanover won't make the same mistakes twice if they see each other again. Windham's record looks good but the level of competition to this point has been the bottom half of DI. Alvirne is showing they need to be take very seriously. I will be interested to see what happens in their Oct 1st game with Hanover after Alvirne just had a competitive 3-2 loss to South.

                        DI GIRLS:
No surprises here at all: Londonderry, Bedford, Exeter and Central. Everyone else will be looking up at those 4 all season long and nobody has shown they can challenge them yet. Sorry BG girls - but you still have not won anything against those top teams yet to convince us that you are a contender.

                        DII BOYS:
ConVal and Lebanon still are and were the favorites, coming into the season and they are holding pace. The rest of the division is WIDE open with no clear #3 or #4 team so far. The rest of the division is filled with parody - Oyster River should be there but needs consistency. Merrimack Valley boys look like they might knock on the door of the big dogs - lets see if they can get a foot inside.

                        DII GIRLS:
The most competitive division in soccer this year with the depth of good teams. Bow, Milford, Hanover and Pembroke are all capable of running the table. Hollis Brookline and Oyster River can compete with them but need to play their best to beat them. ConVal girls were exposed for their weak opening schedule with two blow out losses to Pembroke and Milford with combined score of 9-1.

Spot on. DI is completely top heavy. DII on both sides appears to be competitive. Would not be surprised to see Milford boys as a #3 or #4.
