She's obviously a great player but that is absurd.

Obviously the AF connection with select is paying off for a few players. Thinking that she will still be at BC in 4 years is optimistic

And the player in question is not the one who is at her third national camp and has been mentioned here on TS.

It happens but it's not a contract. I don't think players can commit till junior year? It's a verbal commitment. It happens more so in basketball but means nothing. Players and coaches can change their minds on each other. Of course the BC coach will say come play for me knowing the chances of the player actually going there is probably less than 50%.
Unfortunately it's happening more and more where college coaches will try and pick players out at a young. I hope she goes to BC but there's a lot of time till then.

Unless it was offered to your kid, then you'd have BC stickers on your stay-wag and a BC mouse pad in your cube at work.

U14 and U16 teams go to Nationals and both make finals. U14 team wins and is plastered all over social media. Not one word of congratulations from SSS to U16 team for being runners up. Sad.

They should hire you since you post on this site so much. You have plenty of time on your hands.

Yeah, we get it. Your kid's team lost, what do you want? A trophy?
                          Oops! Try winning next time

It's an ss hater, not a 16 parent. Reaching for a way to take a shot at LL

Don't think LL coaches the 16's so why would she/the club mention them. It's all about her she probably was hoping they would lose just cause she didn't coach them.
