Usually good coaches have players coming from outside of the club to play for them. Sometimes they look as if they are just recruiters as they can assemble great teams. Honestly you can't separate those two things. If they just recruit and can' t coach they wouldn't be able to keep the players. Just my 2 cents.Comment

If he did, that would be a big loss for NEFC. I'm not a big fan of NEFC nor have I ever had any interactions with CB other than that both of my son's teams have played against his and his teams have always been very strong and very disciplined. Too bad for NEFC that they can't keep these teams together at the older ages.
