As for skills training, is it not the job of our esteemed club system at the younger ages to provide that aspect?
The argument is waiting to be made that all the club system has accomplished in the last 10 years is feeding themselves.
How is Jamaica's club system and DAP academy program working?
Oh wait, they're a poor country full of poor people who have to train in poor facilities.
Soccer is truly a game for the poor
Jamaica is not developing their players. They are playing at US and International clubs.

    Jurgen issues are

he prioritizes players such as Chandler, Brooks, Alvarado, Wondo, Beckerman, etc who shouldn't be playing. Besler and Gonzalez played much better at the WC than Brooks and Alvarado did at GC. Yet he kept rolling Brooks and Alvardo out. This leads us to his second issue

His tactics are terrible. Just like in Germany he has an assistant who runs the game tactics. Germany won the WC with former assistant Lowe as the head coach

You fail to answer the questions.
Are all Jamaica players being trained at youth levels overseas and by big club academies?
At what age are the promising players scooped up into our system, college?
Jurgen is hamstrung by our quality of player-having to choose between Besler and Brooks is not a choice. Bringing Beasley is an example of how poor we are the pool level. There are no young superstars waiting in the wings. Do we go with Nyguen, Rowe, Caldwell? Solid players but far from international level. Why do you think K keeps looking overseas?
And without talent, you must play the simplest tactical system you can.

Germany could win with you as coach.

Yes let's bring the whole Revs team, homer

There is plenty of talent waiting in the wings especially at the U20 level: Jordan Morris, Rubio Rubin, Gideon Zesalem (sp?), Paul Arriola, Emerson Hyndman

Beasley was brought in a testimonial for his service to USMNT over four WC.

Besler, Gonzalez or Ream would be much better upgrade than Brooks or Alvardo

No not ALL Jamacains are not being trained overseas but a lot are

Here's their best player, Giles Barnes. He played for the English u19 team. He only started playing for Jamaica in 2009

Born in London to Ronald and Sandra Barnes, who were the children of Jamaican immigrants, Giles was a major attacking prospect at a young age. He was part of two teams that earned promotion to the Premier League with Derby Country (in 2006–07) and West Brom (in 2009–10). But the injuries took their toll. In 2012 he was out of contract after a year at Doncaster Rovers and got a call from his agent saying the Houston Dynamo were interested

JK conned everybody to get his jobs with US soccer. Remember, he is also responsible for development in addition to his duties as coach. There is no reason for optimism here. Dempsey will be 35 for the 2018 WC. Will be a spot player at best. Howard will be 39. Bradley should be at his peak but will not get any better playing just MLS

The only thing going for them is the WC draw that came out yesterday. Basically they have a bye to Russia. If they ever combined the Americas and had a qualifying tourney like they have in Europe, they would be in trouble.
