There's no forward "Striker" training at BU. They spend lots of time teaching/instructing on how to passing the ball, possession of the ball for the whole hour and half of training. pass. pass, pass, pass pass, is the name of the game.
They have goalie training, lots of goalie training.
BU is NOT producing strikers. No forward "9" or "10" or mid-forward training on how to attack the goal. Hours after hours week after week on moving the ball around, back and forward, but no training on attacking "striking". At the end of the day the team with the highest score wins. Sad to say it's usually not BU with the higher number lucky if they can score 2 goals since they don't know what the other side of the field looks like. BU too predictable!

Pathetic
Explain to me how it is perceived to be "good soccer" when a team makes a ton of passes in the back third only to lose the ball 90% of the time your Boca United teams attempt to cross the midfield?
And furthermore don't you realize how pathetic your club looks when every single team plays that same plodding, "look at us we play good soccer", build from the back "canned" style of soccer that ultimately leads to failure?
Originally posted by Unregistered View PostSo funny the comments on this thread really you people need a life ! The issue at BU is they build from the back and will not change that system ever! All other clubs and some DA teams long ball everything you can win games and maybe looked at as the team to beat. The amount of ball control and passing should be measured as well BU development is player development not team winning development ! Everyone knows this everyone who plays against BU lines up attacking deep putting pressure on back line to force an error. The players to watch is the back line for Boca United they develop under great pressure because of the playing style of Boca.
