Look at NoCal DAP map: 12 clubs with u13/14 5 full DAP. Wouldn't be surprised if they add NEFC to u13/14. GPS full DAP? That announcement will happen 12/20/17 for sure.

Parents that are chasing the badge. If Johnny cannot make Revs than he will play for any DA club that takes him so the more clubs, the better change that "average" player make a DA team.
