Fall Premiership = Spring NPL bracket. The teams are essentially the same, but missing 1-2 players at a game if they have a HS conflict.
Fall Premiership 1 = Spring Premiership. Same as above.
They just dont call it NPL for the fall, but it is essentially the same.

For starters, 2002 is 8th grade and 9th grade mixed, not 7th grade.
There is very little variance between rosters on games on Sundays. The 9th grade players on 2002 teams are playing in games on Sundays as long as they don't conflict with a HS game or practice, which is rare. They don't really attend mid-week trainings but they attend games, so not sure what makes you an authority on what is and is not happening.

At the premiership level NEFC North, NEFC South and FC Boston Central are pretty decent teams. I have not seen all the NPL teams play but these 3 teams can definitely compete with some of the NPL teams I have seen.
