We have enough clubs in the area. There are other parts of the country that are devoid of DA clubs so maybe they'll expand geographically. Start making it bigger in areas that already are pretty DA club dense and that means adding weaker clubs, diluting the competition and making it a less credible "top" league.

Nope. Once ENPL gets going boys will have a choice to play decent soccer and not have to give up HS sports. They won't care about not playing top D1 because all the international players are taking those spots. Might as well enjoy HS.

The full DA programs often pull up their better 04s to play with their 03s. The other teams can't do that. Also, u12 Academy isn't necessarily a true predictor of success in U13 Academy if you look at last year.

Bolts will benefit from this model. It forces them to take younger ages more seriously then they can add a few ringers from NEFC, GPS and Valeo.

This, and if you look at the rosters, GPS & Valeo have older teams, roughly 2/3rds born in the first half of '04, and only one '05 player each. Compare with Seacoast, having only half born in the first half of '04 (one regularly plays with the '03s), and a third of the team is '05s (one '06). Could be part of the difference, especially at this age. NEFC is an exception and is doing extremely well with a younger team, so kudos to them.

NEFC will get U13 & U14 DA next year. There is no way GPS will.
