The Appointment of a judge starts with the President and end with the Senate. Who appoints federal judges? Supreme Court justices, the court of appeals judges, and district court judges are nominated by the President and confirmed by the United States Senate, as stated in the Constitution.

Trump's desire is to have more immigrants from Norway, where everyone has white skin, blond hair, and blue eyes. The current desire to have the "right" kind of immigrant is a product of Trump (and other white trash politicians) wanting a white country. They not only want to limit immigration from certain countries, they want to reduce the total number of immigrants who come in, because apparently everyone in the Republican party wants to end up like Japan with a population of which consists primarily of senior citizens.

Secondly, the DACA recipients have not done ANYTHING illegal. It is not a crime to come into this country and overstay a visa, and a child lacks the intent necessary to commit a criminal act. Being in this Country is not a criminal act, it is a civil infraction like speeding. There is no criminal penalty, you are simply deported. Once in this country, these children HAD NO LAWFUL PATH TO CITIZENSHIP! And that's the problem that the republicans refuse to remedy for no reason other than their irrational fear that, once citizens, the DACA kids will vote democrat. This whole controversy has nothing do with anything other than racism and political power grabbing.
