You are tone deaf.... remember that "Mexican" Judge Gonzalo Curiel (born in Indiana btw) who could not possibly rule appropriately against 'Trump University' given his heritage? Would suggest that undermines the Judicial branch of government.
It is not his job to appoint judges -- he just nominates them. Note, even hard right wing, conservative politician's object to the ones that are completely unqualified ...e.g. Brett Talley, Matthew Spencer Petersen etc.
Would suggest that undermines the Judicial branch of government.
He has tweeted that "the legal system is broken" and derided a federal district judge who blocked his travel ban as a "so-called judge."
Would suggest that undermines the Judicial branch of government.
Put simply the judicial branch of government does not exist to support the misdeeds and racist ideas of a president... it is not there to be loyal to a would-be-king. What you are saying is completely non-American.
... time to get your head out of your ass or leave the country.
The Appointment of a judge starts with the President and end with the Senate. Who appoints federal judges? Supreme Court justices, the court of appeals judges, and district court judges are nominated by the President and confirmed by the United States Senate, as stated in the Constitution.
Judges got through the process. I am sorry the Bastin of Progressive legislate from the bench judges are now getting replaced.
The progressive Lib ideal for years has been we cannot win by the ballet we will just take over the courts. Libs do not like a law file a lawsuit with a favorable judge.
Did forget your hero BHO questioning legitimacy of the reasoning employed by supreme court justices. Obama cautioned the court to "play it straight when it comes to the interpretation" of the statute.
Get off the talking points and outlier examples sorry you lost. It so tough I feel I am in a 7th-grade debate class all air. Every statement is a bunch of unsupported claims.
There's also the constant criticism of judges that don't rule in his favor, accusing investigative branches of wrong doing, attacks on the press. I don't think he could pass a basic civics or history test, the same one immigrants have to pass to become US citizens
If Trump could not pass the citizenship test he would be in good company. The test is 10 question you need to get 6 correct to pass. Approx 33% of natural born US citizens fail. if you more the passing mark to 7 out of 10 57% fail.
That is in contrast to 97.3% of immigrants given the test that pass.

Is there a point to this? The only immigrants taking the test are those here following the lawful process to gain citizenship. No one has a problem with that. The issue is those who choose not to follow that path. The first step on that path for them should be to go back to their country of origin.

it was in reference to the comment that Trump would fail. so would most US citizens

As president he should have a working knowledge of the constitution and US history. He thought Andrew Jackson was still kicking around. He is surrounded by advisors and lawyers and doesn't listen to them. Many former instructors have said he was not a good student - shocker.

Is there a point you are tying to make? Because if so, you are too ****ing stupid to make it. Also you are dead wrong, and apparently can't read a newspaper. First, Tom Cotton, Donald Trump, and whole host of Alt-Right Ethno-Nationalists have HUGE problem with people following the "lawful" process IF those people come from **** hole countries like Africa (not a country) or Haiti. Trump's desire is to have more immigrants from Norway, where everyone has white skin, blond hair, and blue eyes. The current desire to have the "right" kind of immigrant is a product of Trump (and other white trash politicians) wanting a white country. They not only want to limit immigration from certain countries, they want to reduce the total number of immigrants who come in, because apparently everyone in the Republican party wants to end up like Japan with a population of which consists primarily of senior citizens.
Secondly, the DACA recipients have not done ANYTHING illegal. It is not a crime to come into this country and overstay a visa, and a child lacks the intent necessary to commit a criminal act. Being in this Country is not a criminal act, it is a civil infraction like speeding. There is no criminal penalty, you are simply deported. Once in this country, these children HAD NO LAWFUL PATH TO CITIZENSHIP! And that's the problem that the republicans refuse to remedy for no reason other than their irrational fear that, once citizens, the DACA kids will vote democrat. This whole controversy has nothing do with anything other than racism and political power grabbing.

Did I say anything about a "crime" or being in this country illegally being a "criminal act"? The Supreme Court defined those in the country without proper documentation as "illegal immigrant and illegal alien", See Arizona v. United States, 132 S. Ct. 2492 (2012). They use those terms because it is an illegal act to be in this country without proper documentation. So whether criminal or civil, it is against the laws of this country.
Secondly, as I said before, there is a lawful path to citizenship for those children. Unfortunately for them, at this time that path begins by going back to their country of origin. Once there they can apply to enter the U.S. legally like millions of other law abiding immigrants have done before them.

Trump signs DACA for the wall money. It was a compromise by Dems and Repubs. The Repubs would do nothing on immigration reform before but the wall is a bargaining tool. Both sides are okay except the extreme views on both sides of the fence.

Hang on a second.... aren't the Mexicans paying for the wall ?
All of this is mute now... tRUMP attempted to fire Mueller in June .... note all the lies that have come out of the White House (especially Sanders)...
