Yep, it will be 40-50 D1's and 100 D3's by May. As the papers start sending out their all whatever teams, Feb commit day hits, and clubs start posting their lists, it will happen. This is a big D1 list for this early. D3's hit when ED dates and then Normal Acceptance hits. Pretty slow at the moment. Watching to see when several Berkshire players announce.

Topdrawersoccer.com has a nationwide database of commitments as well. Here is a query I did for all the Boys 2018 commitments to date from Mass. Pretty much mirror's the TS list.

It is one of my sources. They have 16; TS has 27. As time goes on that gap will widen. They do best with the early D1's.

So, I have to ask. What is the difference between posts 82 and 83?

There is no difference, so I can only assume that it is essentially a matter of vanity, i.e, making sure everyone knows that someone just committed.

So I have to ask, what compelled you to make that last snarky comment?

Or a mistake. Or a typo that was corrected. This is the one thread on TS that is worth anything. The rest is junk.

What compelled me to make that "last snarky comment" was exactly what I wrote. I said I had to ASSUME it was for the reason I offered, since there is ZERO difference between the posts. Keep in mind that there is an asterisk to clearly indicate the change from the previous list, as has been the convention with these.

Do you have a different (rational) explanation?

You may want to evaluate what you have going on in your life. You have WAY too much time on your hands

Not the case. They are EXACTLY the same.

Thought this is suppose to be MA players only. Why include players outside of MA.
