    LFC Shots on goal 15-5
LFC Shots on Target 2-3 ... What! Can’t be , say it again 15 shots with 2 on Target HFC 5 shots with 3 on Target .. must be an error.
    LFC Possession 80%-20%
    LFC corners 10-1
Sounds like the cfc Fsa game. Three shots on goal.....did man city play 10 behind the ball and a lone striker?

City had 80% posession, but did not turn that into decent attempts on goal. For their part, Huddersfield parked the bus with 11 behind the ball. For most of the second half, when Huddersfield got the ball in their own half, they booted it up field and out of play, although Huddersfield did work in two decent chances in the closing minutes of the game. City bottled this, and we've seen it before. A failure to perform when pressure is on because the game means something. Granted, their top goal scorer is injured, but City is so deep that this shouldn't matter. Raheem Sterling, in particular, continues to disappoint in the must-win games this season, but KDB was ineffective, too. The only bright spark for City was that their defence held; it too often leaks a goal here or there, but Walker and Ottamendi in particular did well for the Blues.

Playing Brighton today. Need a win and a few goals, to help set records. Can we perform.

Defense looks weaker to me without Walker and Ottamendi. Oh Lord, and Bravo in as keeper; we could certainly leak a goal or two. And, Yaya is in, instead of David Silva. We know why, but still.... Sterling not starting, either, and considering his last performance, perhaps justifiably so.

OTOH, it must be nice to have a team that is so deep.

Wow. Good call regarding Bravo. What a wingnut.

It's the last weekend of the season. Southampton have nothing to play for. Even when they lose, they'll stay up unless they lose 10-0 or Swansea win by 10. Nobody is scoring 10 goals on anybody this weekend.

City, on the other hand, earn 100 points for the season with 3 at Southampton. 100 is a nice round number. Am hoping City come out hard for these three points and go up by two in the first. Of course, DeBruyne has to play his game and Sterling has to find a good game, too. Assume that even City's best defensive 3 or 4 will leak a goal, so am predicting a 3-1 City win.

            100 points would be marvelous.

And, 100 points it is!! Excellent by City. What should we look for over the summer? Someone more creative in scoring goals, I think. We squeaked out the 1-0 on Sunday, and various other games we've struggled to score, especially against a parked bus. When Aguero is out, there's nobody to step up regularly. I also think our central defense is not solid, despite the spending back there. And, our backup keeper is a nightmare.
