OK. Makes sense. So, the overall better players are in NEP/NPL, but the cream of the crop come from Maple.
If you believe one player makes a statement about all of MAPLE and he is the only kid to ever get a call up, I would say that the top player in the state came from MAPLE.
Keep in mind, that NEP is only a few years old, but teams in NEP have had kids called up so again, 95% of the DAP players come from NEP and 1 kid from MAPLE made it even higher...you draw the conclusion you want, but it says to me that NEP is a better league.

You said it NEP is only a few years old, they have not developed anything

NEP has the best u13 team, based on what a dozen local GPS teams? If you took the better players from any three smaller clubs it would be even so not indicative of better training and GPS certainly has not been able to duplicate that success at younger ages.
After GPS NPL the next dozen teams from NEP/Maple are pretty evenly matched. The best u12 team plays neither NEP nor Maple but EDP. The proliferation of leagues, four including pre-DAP and EDP, does not benefit local players. Claiming NEP is all that, well thanks for the morning laugh.

Corect all these kids played in MAPLE until a new league was formed and rebranded, just like a lot of these kids played or still play town it really doesnt matter where they are from town, nep, maple, npl, ecnl, dap or who is 'winning' the only thing that matters is how good is the player and is he/she getting better

You just killed the site but stating the most obvious thing EVER!
It is where the better teams play...easy enough for you. While there may be an exception, the top NPL teams are well ahead of the top Maple teams, period.
I'll give you bigger clubs but not better teams. NEP and NPL are just as watered down as MAPLE.

Who is the best u13 team in NEP that your're referring to?

The top maple clubs went to nep, pretty simple. Nep is far better than maple, just like us club state cup is better than USYSA state cup. Sure maple has a good team here and there, but overall maple is far weaker.

No, check the tournament results: even. And only one state cup. If you have to exclude teams it's not a state anything. Call it Country Club Pompous Farts Cup but no legal right to use the word state or MA in name if it's exclusive. Completely against the charter and spirit of the Commonwealth. Already legal class action being considered, slam dunk easy win, major financial compensation. Nitwit Brits should have read an elementary school text before they came up with this latest hair brain marketing scam.
