The others will not and will have to wait until the following year. This is the downside to the DA system as a majority of an age group sits out a year and without the same level of play and coaching, don't develop at the same level. My kid will probably be one of those left out, having to wait, but we knew that possibility going in. It is still the best level he has played at so far and no real regrets.
Very true. Hard for 00 players to make it let alone compete in U16 DA last year. Even extremely strong 99 players from OC and Weston had their struggles getting playing time this year. 00 that does not make DA may be a blessing in disguise.

Yes, I know there's certain protocol that DA clubs need to follow, but I certainly would place a call!
Tbu parents, you knew the deal when you decided to stay another year with tbu. Now you whine like babies. Sorry but Clearwater should and will give first look to their own players who have supported their club. You want to point fingers... Start with those that manipulated you into staying for one last year at tbu, while pretty much screwing you out of academy. Smart players left last year for Clearwater academy and now have a spot. You don't.

TBU had a good year this year based on players from outside the club joining the DA team. Next year they will go back to the same level they were the first year they played academy. Below par.

Most if not all players from within club. Politics keeping them
Off Clearwater. Maybe oc will take some.

CLW have mediocre DA teams and based on their politically driven recruiting process this trend will certainly continue. TBU was a far better U14 DA and U14 Premier team this year. Next year's TBU DA team will again be far superior to CLW U14 DA. The CLW program is and has been on a downward trend for years now. Hopefully TBU will get a full DA program so they can dominate at other levels over CLW as they clearly have the better players.

So your saying that all the u14 DA players were developed at TBU?

A very poor & inaccurate post (on many levels). Keep dreaming on your full DA....LOL.
