smaller clubs don't have this benefit, honestly all clubs should look at implementing this strategy, it benefits the girls on the team, the girls that assisted and the coach.

Why do you consider FSPL a step down? You actually have to earn your way into that league. The top of FSPL is as good as at least the Florida ECNL teams in most age groups in boys and girls. And really, does the result matter so much? If your FSPL team wants to be the best, they shouldn't care who TBU rosters.
