The change was about branding - they didn't want any affiliation with the NPL name - but agreed "regional" isn't doing themselves any favors. That said, families don't like "B" team designations either.

Just like the fake news you jump to conclusions before you know the facts. This was the 04 Regional team (2nd Team) playing in the 03 Age group. The only 04 team in the combined bracket. So playing up 1 year for you people who can't read the brackets. The team went 2-1 in the bracket losing 1-0 and wining 1-0 and 3-1. The team tied 0-0 in the semifinals and lost in PK's. This was actually a very good showing for the team but again don't let the facts and your ignorance get in the way of your feelings for the ECNL and Scorpions. Also not all the players attended and used a couple older and younger players.

What can’t you follow ? There’s ECNL National and ECNL Regional. National is A and Regional is B at Scorpions.
