Soccer in JAX is very poor. Too many English coaches that can’t coach not even a rec team.

High school soccer means nothing. I was part of a state championship in NJ. My friends went to South America for tryouts and two of them made it to the pros. They never played HS ball. So please wake up.

FESA dosent have any English accents anymore. Lots of South American’s and Spanish scurrying around the baby fields at veterans. Armada has the same but with softer kids to coach. Both clubs not even known outside of Florida.

The only Club really deserving of being in that list from the state of Florida is Weston. The rest are just money grabbers.

u15 and above ... provided you can afford it, you are happy that your kid is doing a sport, socializing with other kids, and able to balance school and a sport (hopefully); maybe there's a college soccer angle, maybe not; if the club just stays organized and provides average coaching, people are generally ok.

so it goes from OMG my kid is the next messi to cool he can do a great activity and stay away from e-devices.

parents get perspective as the process plays out.
Very few smart people on this site that make sense... takes for being one of them !! Enjoyed your post ... ..
