It is true. Five JFC B players moved up to the JFC rising u14 team. It also took players from outside including two Discovery players who can not practice with the team.

3 players moved from the B team to the A team. 4 additional players also joined the team, one from Destin, one from Savannah, and 2 from Atlanta - one of which is their discovery player.

I believe you're spot on. JFC should never struggle putting together top notch ECNL teams because they have a great reputation and they have an advantage over nearly any other club that gets ECNL in Florida...location.

There are talented players all over big cities. They gravitate to good coaches at good clubs.

College coaches are lazy. They go to as few events as possible. They attend the top bracket at high level showcases like Disney, CASL and ECNL.

Exactly. So if you are on an ECNL team that stinks, like all the Florida teams, then no one is coming to watch your little Mia play. It is better to win Championships in less prestigious leagues than be a loser at the bottom of ECNL. Coaches look for winners and game changers and these players are on the top teams not the bottom. I would rather my kid be competing for an NPL Championship than the ECNL punching bag.

So your team in theory, losses 4 to o in a Ecnl game ,but that ,Game is being watched for the teams performance?By college scouts? NO Coaches know what they need to recruit based on position and individual play the scholarship is for your mia not for the team,learn a little about the recruiting processes...

Exposure

Obviously the more competitive the league is the better for player exposure it a disservice, to your kid if she can make a team at a higher level but all you want is to win a few more games,if she can play at higher go for it.It's called competition, not settling for secound place.. Keep telling your kid she belongs in a lower level league and she will figure out on her own that she is not on the best league possible and that's not a great confidence booster, don't worry mis Ecnl is too tough...Great message? ?!!
