Funny thing is, England has been our little sister since 1776. They once had an Empire, now they have an island.

It was the IMG academy U16 boys that defeated the U.S. WNT 8-0(lord have MERCY) in a scrimmage, not that long ago, just to give some perspective. Does that mean competitively the USWNT is about the level of a good U14 or U15 boys team. If that's what you consider better, than so be it. The USWNT just run over people with physical intimidation, skill still lacking....the Hiroshima and Nagasaki references/analogies aren't too far off so the U.S. will still win today, which is the only thing people care about.

The United Kingdom, well, their Kings and Queens did well for a while... But they too are left with just a little island with an impotent Queen.
All three are countries by the way, doofus. And yes, they all have ****s in charge at the moment. Even though you were too much of one to use the word it is quite ironic that you replace the C word with a bunch of "periods". Lol

well Carly Lloyd adopted the long ball game quite well didn't she ?
Japans defense was awful, were they on the field the first 20 minutes ? and the goalie , no wonder she was in tears at the end, her technique for the 4th was appalling (and the 5th)...not withstanding that Lloyd looked up ,saw her off her line and.....well a goal that will live forever as one of the best.....
as an Englishman living in the US I was pleased to see the right result, some of the officiating was still horrendous , the Japs defending at set pieces didn't exist ,but the better team won........thanks to an English coach !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I didn't get to see the game but based on the score did the smurfs forget to bring a goalkeeper last night? or were all the scoring shots over 6 feet off the ground and clearly unreachable?
