Oh, Pitu Alvarez listed in the website isn't even with them anymore. They have no FYSA affiliation and tries to sneak in other club's umbrella to play in leagues. The BIG difference is that the dad built a facility just so his son can play soccer under his supervision.

Its a development program for highly motivated kids. Its refreshing, no politics, no crazy parents, or getting excited to be the best at a mediocre south Florida tournament. Only a select few kids are invited to participate. Kids are expected to give 100%.

My son was looked at and drive was just to far for us. The field is great and coaches really good. There were only 5 kids. Attention to small details with the each boy. Also Pitu is a coach he was at the training when we went. The field is in West Palm Beach.

Both of Elite Soccer Academy's U10 teams won their respective divisions at the Disney tourney this weekend. If you truly want a program with proven development of young players, you may want to check them out...

I can across this post and had some questions for the staff:

1) Is South Florida Academy now called Elite Soccer Academy?

2) Is this team to you refer to above currently a u11 (02/03) team?

3) You stated that you had very strong squad comming back, but do not participate in a league. Would you say this u11 team is stronger than some of the top Region A teams like West Pines, Weston, and Doral?

I have a son this age that is a strong player and would like to know if the trainning is still free, as well as entering tournaments?

Also, is it still free trainning for those who made it? Lastly, what are the age groups of the teams you have?

Pitu is a joke and the owner of this club is attracting players to play with his son. The teams are U9 and U10. Do you think it is good for your son, go ahead but keep in mind your kid will have to pass the ball to the little king.
