The King County dashboard, which includes data on a 72-hour delay: https://www.kingcounty.gov/depts/hea...ndicators.aspx

The State's dashboard is delayed, such that the 60.5 number covers September 15-28 only -- to see the actual dates for the data, click on "rate per 100k newly diagnosed cases" and then hover over King County: https://coronavirus.wa.gov/what-you-...ment-dashboard

Same basic thing in Pierce, where the dashboard is on a 6 day delay.

Their dashboard shows 77.9 per 100k, covering September 16-30, before saying that the "Case rate is 88.7 without reporting delay."

Don’t by that XF excuse. Preston athletic fields are a king county park and they are full to as of middle of the eeek and games this weekend.

              From Thursday:

"Disappointing that @TPCHD reported 96 new, 8382 total #COVID19 #coronavirus cases. We have not seen such high numbers for two months. #PierceCounty in its 3rd surge. Increasingly widespread community transmission with 14-day total case rate 87 per 100,000"

From what I see on social media looks like there are Washington teams playing in Idaho, Utah, and Montana this weekend.

AIU, XF has published a ban on any out-of-state travel (though I believe they've been in the Idaho travel group). Waiting to see if we go the route of Nevada where you have player suspension or coach license suspensions if they go out-of-state.

Friendly reminder, we went from 2 weeks to flatten the curve to OMG people are getting a virus when we allow them to go outside.

I'm a bit terrified that we will see significant bumps attributed to the holidays and lockdowns will only get worse. Great Grandma and Grandpa coming over for Thanksgiving Dinner has little to no correlation to the risk of outdoor soccer, but its going to cause numbers to spike and peoples heads are going to melt.

Sadly I feel that this season is officially over. We will likely never hit the numbers our govenator has set to let them play. A high school season is possible if the vaccine can make it in time for the teachers to get it.

Just talked with a hs principal and she has started telling families that it's going to be remote only instruction for the entire year. She felt like it was cruel to talk about hybrid was coming and then keep pushing it back.

I think competition beyond about 150 mile radius is going to be "not the norm" around here until at least summer. That doesn't mean high school sports don't run because parents just won't tolerate not having football, but it'll be interesting to say the least.

I think you may be right. I was comfortable (not fearing much) with the numbers at and slightly above the Govs limits, but I'm afraid we are on the wrong side of luck and the current wave, spike, whatever you want to call it, will likely handcuff soccer for the rest of this year. Hope we can all work together to stamp this thing out sooner than later.

                              Looking forward to a Vaccine.

The kids are fading away. Another 6-8 months of social distance practicing?
I am more worried about gaining covid-19 than getting the virus. Big turkey dinner?
Oh hell yeah! Another slice of pumpkin pie with vanilla ice cream? Don't mind if I do! :)
