KC=Joke
The Scorpions are laughing stocks. Rumors abound of their current U13 and U14 Girls teams collapsing, and their younger girls teams are not the same as they were even when the Breakers partnership started. Scorpions is a boys club now, Select is owning the market on the girls side.
KC started them on this path, and we'll be the final nail in the coffin if he returns.

GM of the Boston Breakers Professional team, Head Coach 2 ECNL teams and Acton/Boxborough High School Coach. To be a DOC you need to be 100% committed to coaches and teams and not just a select few. You are responsible for the development of curriculum and working with these coaches to implement this curriculum across the club. If you are not getting out to these players and coaches then you are not doing the DOC job correctly. This has been the biggest problem with this club for the past 4 or 5 years. For the Breakers/Scorpions to regain greatness they need to hire a real DOC with the credentials and time comment needed to do this job correctly.

I think LB would have made a very good DOC if he had time. From the club posting it sounded more like a mutual agreement and he took a lessor role with the academy teams due to his busy schedule.

Did he have all these jobs before scorpions? The answer: yes. Then why hiring him for that position? This shows poor management and lack of responsibility/competence from who is responsible for hiring him. What a mess!

You seem ignorant in terms of knowing the responsibility of DOC of a club. Any president of a club before hiring anyone for such important position must have two crucial things checked: competence and availability. You can't understand this because you lack the first at great deal.

What will an MBA do?
The guy was a failure, he took one of the top clubs in the country and turned them into one of the pack, in a very short time. His teams won games and lost players to the teams they beat.
KC is the reason the Scorpions are in this mess. If they bring him back you can kiss the club goodbye.
The Scorpions should hire a real DOC with coaching experience, and bring in experienced coaches. The idea of having kids straight out of college, including the KC experiment, has backfired.
Bring in some experience, save the club. The club still has the ECNL, and only one other club can say that. How they've managed to screw that up is beyond me.
