They are both 10 or more points out of first at that point it doesn't even matter.

the game report says govs had 13 shots and rl had 12. Either way govs is 0-8 and even though they've had some tough opponents they aren't gonna move out of the bottom 3 this year. RL looks weaker than they have been and they won't break the top 4

I think this was covered earlier but RL graduated 17 seniors from their team last year. I would suspect it's why they look "weaker". Probably a rebuilding year.

          Rankings

1: Lawrence. The most talented team by far. Lots of injury story top players seem to have hurt them with the ties. They also have the easiest sechdule heading foward.
2: rivers: TD is producing a lot of goals. Will he be able to produce against strong teams. They have a hard sechdule in the future. Rivers- Milton this weekend.
3: nobles: they have looked strong but can they compete with the big boys?
4: Milton: overall a strong team. Can they beat rivers.

SM and BB&N can end up ahead in the final standings if your top four falter.

Very impressed by RL and Nobles today. Two solid teams that played a real good game of soccer. 2-2 was the final

Milton 3- Rivers 2 in a tremendous game to watch. Rivers tied with 3 or so mins to go, Milton won with about 90 secondsleft.

Wow. Some exciting games and a crowded picture atop the table. Looks like a dogfight until the final week of the season. However, Lawrence is in the drivers seat until someone beats them.

Or a couple of ties from LA could put them out of the top spot. 1 point is slightly better than a loss but they have 2 ISL ties already. Definitely going to be a tight race. Top 3 or 4 may be within 3 or 4 points when all is said and done.

They missed two breakaways and hit two posts, and failed to convert on a couple other solid chances. Gov's' goal was completely undeserved, as the RL keeper drop an undangerous lofted cross to the feet of the only Govs player in the box. Govs should consider consider themselves lucky to not have lost 6-0. Zero players looked strong for Govs today. Also if they can "play when they want to." why do they zero points? Do they just not want it bad enough?
Not accurate at all. Governors played a great game and those players without a doubt stood out. I don't know which game you were watching or if your just mad that your sons team (or your team) isn't even that good, but govs came out hard and worked even harder. They put all that they had into that game. Also, the statements made about both goals are 100% made up. You clearly were too busy trying to figure out the rules of soccer thorought the game to actually observe what was going on before you. The in the box was clearly dangerous considering that it found the foot of one of the six or so governors players in the box. Stop trying to justify your half-decent team and appreciate what's going on before you.

La isn't gunna tie now that everyone is healthy. Did you look at the last 5 games.

Well they have to stay healthy too. Anything can happen. A team can get an early goal and then pack it in like Thayer did against Milton. Nobody can argue that Thayer is a better team than Milton but they managed a win. Soccer isn't like basketball where a big underdog has very little chance of pulling out a win or tie. Still plenty of soccer left to play - LA as well as every other teams still have to go on the field and perform and win games.
