No facilities and no competent leadership made it inevitable that there was no way the GDA was coming to Pinecrest.

Pinecrest or Sunrise will be included in the next expansion. There's also been some talk that Sunrise & Pinecrest will be coming together to form a single entity that will be in the GDA. Note that this collaboration will be for the three GDA teams only. -

There was no rush to choose. Make the clubs prove themselves. Clay has small field park located in a neighborhood community shared with a school. Pinecrest girls they suck, one of the U16 or U17 lost all 3 games at NPL Final this weekend. Why would they get a DA program. The girls program is done. Why would they combine Sunrise with Pinecrest. Sunrise girls can participate with Weston. There are not enough good players down South to form a girls DA. Pinecrest girls if they are good enough will have to travel to Weston.Comment

But don't worry if your daughter is good enough maybe she can make one of our Weston teams. She sure will be a lot better off at Weston than at your little rev club. Do you think that Sunrise would want to merge with Pinecrest for GDA, Sunrise U15 girls beat Pinecrest U15 10-0 in State Cup. Girls soccer down south is very weak. Pinecrest use to have a good girls program, they have since declined when they let go 4 DOC directors in the last 1 1/2 There is no leadership and the club is and has been on spiral a downfall. Girls are leaving for other programs. There is no hope for Pinecrest to get a GDA and Kendall girls program is so sorry.
