They are now ranked #2 in the Champions bracket behind SoCal darling Strikers FC and they are seeded according to their full record, including national showcase events. This includes wins over the top ranked ECNL team in WA, ID, UT, CO, TN, South TX. And before you go bashing ID and UT as usual, know that UT is the only team to beat the top ranked Strikers FC. Give the girls some credit, they’ve earned it!

The issue isn’t the leagues, the acronyms, the results or the kids.
The issue is the adults. Coaches and DOCs prop up their product with sales scams and promises of college soccer (have you ever watched college soccer? It is, for the most part, an abomination) because they can’t offer anything else.
Enjoyment? Nope
Education? Nope
Development? Not sure what it means - ask them to define it.
They need their paycheck. Not many soccer coaches would be hired to do much else
And they enjoy and wxploit two things: 1. parent andnplayer ignorance and, 2. Sunk costs (fiscally and emotionally) by getting that deposit up front and holding your daughter’s player pass until you’ve paid in full.
This isn’t a soccer issue. Except soccer in Oregon remains in the proverbial Foley bowl because of adult behavior.
And we’ve yet to discuss the physical and emotional toll the adults are unwilling to discuss.
Enjoy your petty bullish!t, but do know it isn’t the real issue.

What about CU04? Any jumping ship for GDA?
