That is what the Revs and the u16 coach BS is all about, it is not just being a great player. You need to be the great player that that fits into their system.
The people reading this and thinking about their u12 kids need to realize it is not just about having a great player, they need to fit into the Revs system at the right time.

I think this is pretty telling of The strength of ISL also. A kid that sits the bench in DAP can dominate ISL.
