If you see the Breakers immediately with a heavy cross-selling campaign, then you might turn off a small number of fans, otherwise that part of this "partnership" is a non-issue.
It's another form of outreach for the Breakers, expanding the brand is something they've always tried to do in one form or another.
I'm most interested to see just how much Scorpions re-brand, get a bump in numbers and what it means in terms of coaching staff or will it be much ado about nothing in the end.

Any money here is what happened. Breakers wanted to get involved in the youth scene. They probably approached Stars first, then went to the second club in line Scorpions. They want strong teams to start. Why start from the bottom? At some point Scorps and FM will be pushed aside.
